Feeding a Baby and Needle Pricks

I was breast feeding a baby, (I AM WAY BEYOND HAVING BABIES) also the baby had been pricked by a pin or needle on it's arm 4 times, the the pricking was done by this women( I could see) off to the side above us, baby didn't seem bothered ( these were prick marks on the baby's skin).
