A disturbing dream about your niece

I saw in one part of my dream that my six years old niece appears infront of mobile screen. I was watching her from home via video call. She was not aware of it. She started changing her clothes to put other ones. It was her back to the screen. I saw that there were black patches/ blisters on her back, arms, legs or on her body. I became very upset seeing it and inform my sister about this.
