Swearing in a Dream

To take an oath in a dream is interpreted as attaining happiness, realizing your dreams, staying away from lies, hypocrisy, deceit, sedition and slander, sticking to the path of truth, and doing good deeds. It is said that the income, health and peace will last a lifetime, the person who sees the dream will have no important and serious problems, and all the difficulties in his life will come and go.

A person who sees that he has sworn falsely in his dream becomes envious, follows the devil, abandons religion, acts on the words of bad people, and becomes a great sinner in the sight of Allah. The person who sees the dream is interpreted as bad luck, loses his wealth and money, goes hungry, and a thousand and one troubles will come to him.

Telling the truth or swearing by the truth in a dream means that the person who sees the dream is a just, conscientious and honorable person. It is considered that a person's every job will come true, his luck and fortune will be on his side, and Allah will be pleased with him.

Lying in a dream is not good. It indicates that the dreamer will commit a great sin, slander someone, backbite after him, and become one of the wicked and bad people. It is interpreted that the person whom he has wronged will not give his right to himself, and therefore the evil will not leave him.

To slander in a dream is similar to lying and is described in almost the same way. It points out that the person will do things that will hurt, upset and destroy some people, that he will curse those innocents and that he will not get out of trouble.

It means that unexpected things will happen to the person who sees that he has been slandered in a dream. The person will have nightmare-like days, shed tears for a long time and will not be able to recover easily.
